Our NEW Property Manager/Luxe property at 12 Woodbine Place in Sea Pines is a super stylish 4BR/4 BA home, just fully renovated with fabulous furnishings and heatable pool.
• The heart of this home is the one level, open living plan with pool and golf views form nearly every vantage point.
• Enjoy a fabulously outfitted kitchen in the Property Manager tradition, with dining seating for 10.
• The house sleeps 9 comfortably with a primary suite (king), guest king with en suite bath, guest queen with en suite bath, and kids room with twin + trundle and adjacent full bath. There are a total of 4 showers (including a full pool bath!), and one tub.
• Special features include a ping pong/TV garage room for all ages, and Peleton bike in primary suite.
• Whole house mesh system for great WiFi coverage and enhanced Spectrum cable.
• 7 Samsung Smart TVs plus a Bose Bluetooth speaker for streaming our Property Manager playlists.
• Plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles and garage/storage for bikes, golf clubs, coolers, etc. Full array of beach equipment included!

• WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the DURATION of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume 350 laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps- you do not need to buy a supply for kitchen, bath, or laundry. We are proud to partner with such stellar brands as Mrs. Myers, Nespresso and Kiehl’s to provide our Luxe guest with an unmatched experience on Hilton Head Island. You will also find a full supply of beach equipment including toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, plus Yeti cooler and shibumi mini shade. Really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.

FAQ:
HOW FAR TO THE BEACH: You can bike to the beach in about 15 minutes, or read on for other options.
BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING: Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day - Mid March. From mid-March through the end of summer, Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. The closest Beach Trolley location is at Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak, less than 5 minutes by car from Governors Road. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.
VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.
PETS: So sorry, only humans are allowed at 12 Woodbine Place.
POOL HEAT: Heatable with propane (efficient in all air temperatures). The charge is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March-May and September-November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire about winter rates.
