Our Property Manager/Luxe property at 23 South Beach Lagoon (A OTA Top Ten in America, The famous Today Show and Bucket List Family house!) showcases the concept beautifully- this is a casually chic, and gracious home, resplendent with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces. This property requires a minimum 7-night stay in summer, with Saturday arrivals and departures.

• Total of 6 Bedrooms, each with en suite baths, and 8 full and 1 half baths. Ground level bedrooms include 2 double queens. Mezzanine level includes a king bedroom plus dedicated office. Main level bedrooms include an oceanfront master suite, plus a family suite with 1 king, 1 queen, and sitting room or nursery with daybed/trundle. (Total beds include 3 Kings, 5 queens, and 1 twin). NEW Primary bath is exquisite with 3-spray walk in shower, soaking tub, Frame TV, and Kohler smart toilet.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING! 2 dogs maximum, certain breeds and mixes not allowed, all must be crated when left alone) at $450 per dog and refundable damage deposit. Please inquire with your dog details. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Doge are never allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated when left alone.
POOL HEATING: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).The charge for BOTH is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.
