Sleeping up to 3 guests (with use of the sofa bed), the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living area, a modern family bathroom, and complimentary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Sheldon Country Park, with its walking trails and Old Rectory Farm, is only a short stroll from the property. Solihull is also just a 15-minute drive or 30-minute bus ride away.
Getting Around:
The property is well connected for both leisure and business stays.
• Central Birmingham can be reached within 20 minutes by car or on the X2 bus, giving access to the Bullring & Grand Central, museums, and nightlife
• Solihull can also be reached on the X2 bus in 20 minutes or a 15-minute drive, with Touchwood Shopping Centre and many dining options
• Birmingham Airport and the NEC are less than 10 minutes away
