The Space:
This stylish apartment offers a welcoming home away from home, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests (with the use of the sofa bed). The open-plan living area includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to prepare meals at at home, as well as two large sofas and a TV - it’s the perfect space to unwind, relax, and take in the stunning city views. There is high-speed broadband throughout the apartment, ideal for streaming your favourite shows on platforms like Netflix or staying connected via social media and email. The spacious bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, ample storage, and plush double beds dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen. There are two modern bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—both stocked with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance; Utilita Arena (5 mins), National Sea Life Centre (5 mins), Lane 7 Bowling (5 mins), The Rep Theatre (5 mins), Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery (10 mins), Bullring Shopping Centre (10 mins).
Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the main road around the corner from the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.
