The Space: This stylish apartment offers a welcoming home away from home, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests (with the use of the sofa bed). The open-plan living area includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to prepare meals at at home, as well as two large sofas and a TV - it’s the perfect space to unwind, relax, and take in the stunning city views. There is high-speed broadband throughout the apartment, ideal for streaming your favourite shows on platforms like Netflix or staying connected via social media and email. The spacious bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, ample storage, and plush double beds dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen. There are two modern bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—both stocked with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking) The wifi issues mentioned in some reviews have now been fixed. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance; Utilita Arena (5 mins), National Sea Life Centre (5 mins), Lane 7 Bowling (5 mins), The Rep Theatre (5 mins), Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery (10 mins), Bullring Shopping Centre (10 mins). Getting Around: Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the main road around the corner from the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge. For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge. For security reasons: We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. No 3rd party bookings.
