Built on two levels, Villa Plumeria Flower features a contemporary architectural design with spacious interiors, large openings, and a soothing palette of natural materials and soft tones.
On the upper level, the open-plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light and opens directly to a large veranda with spectacular sea views. The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances — oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American-style fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle — making home cooking a real pleasure. Elegant furnishings, tasteful decorative details, and subtle lighting create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. A guest WC is also located on this level.
A beautiful internal marble staircase leads to the lower level, where the villa’s four bedrooms are located — all with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the terraces:
• Bedroom 1 (Master, 30 m²): King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, LCD TV, wardrobe room with treadmill, washing machine, ironing facilities, and private veranda.
• Bedroom 2 (30 m²): King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, direct exit to veranda.
• Bedroom 3 (30 m²): Two single beds, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, private veranda.
• Bedroom 4 (Independent, 25 m²): Two single beds, private bathroom, mini-fridge, kettle, and separate entrance.
• Two extra portable beds are available upon request for children up to 8 years old.
