Social membership only. * There is a pay-to-play basis that can be arranged directly at the clubhouse. - Clubhouse membership transfer is $150 cost covered by the owner required for access to the clubhouse and amenities. - Membership covers two adults in the same household address only. Children under 21 with same address included. - Guests not in the same household may accompany member when using clubhouse. - Additional Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay- $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded. If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit. No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
