Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for the detached garage building. You will not be sharing the property with anyone else during your stay. Please notify us of all pets when booking. 7) Please specify accurate guest count and notify us if that number changes as extra guest fees plus service fee and taxes apply. 8) All day time visitors must be registered and included in the guest count. 9)  No visitors allowed without permission; including visitors pets. 10) Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If  you forget something and want it shipped back to you, we can do that for $35. 11) No inflatable swimming pools are allowed on the grass because they can damage the grass.
