Parties and events are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the house. Due to condominium regulations, only service animals are permitted. If you are traveling with a service animal, please let us know in advance and bring the required documentation, as it may be requested by the community security team. The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it comfortable for both vacations and longer stays. The property is located in a tropical environment surrounded by nature. You may occasionally see birds, insects, or other small wildlife, particularly outdoors. Scarlet macaws are sometimes spotted in the area, which is one of the special features of staying in this part of Jaco. Jaco is a very walkable area, and the beach, restaurants, shops, and local services are all within easy reach. The community of Ciudad del Mar is really beautiful, however, keep in mind that being a new place, there are still constructions in progress in some parts, so it is possible that during the day you can hear sounds caused by them. Even so, the beauty of the condominium and the excellent location are superior. A car is not required to enjoy Jaco, as the beach, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and downtown area are all relatively close to the property. Jaco can be explored on foot, by bicycle, taxi, or local transportation. Taxis are readily available in the area, and transportation can also be arranged through local providers. Public buses connect Jaco with San Jose and other destinations along Costa Rica’s Central Pacific coast. The main bus terminal in downtown Jaco is approximately 1 km from the property. For guests who want to explore the surrounding beaches and attractions, renting a car is recommended, we can help you with the reservation. This makes it easy to visit Playa Hermosa, Herradura, Esterillos, Bejuco, and other destinations along the coast. Private airport transportation and shuttle services can also be arranged through third-party providers. Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) is approximately 90 km away, usually a 1.5–2 hour drive depending on traffic.
