This first-floor condo has French doors that open up to a New Orleans-themed paved courtyard with a heated pool just steps away. The property also has a shared, community grill in the courtyard for afternoon cookouts. Crosswalk-assisted beach access is located to the left of the condo complex. Redington Beach Town Park is also located right next door to the condo complex. Park facilities include a basketball court, soccer field, shuffleboard, and picnic tables. Every half-hour, you can hop on the trolley and take it to take you all the way up to Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach, or down to Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, and St. Pete. World-famous John’s Pass is located just a couple of minutes down the road. Lots of restaurants and attractions are located nearby along Gulf Boulevard.
The condo comes well-appointed for home comfort, with features including a flat-screen TV in the open-concept kitchen/living room area as well as another one in the bedroom. Free WiFi is also equipped for added convenience. A coin-operated washer/dryer is available on-site.
