The gardens are professionally landscaped and maintained and are alive with tropical flowers, plants, and trees. La Esquina caters to guests who want to spend a relaxing vacation without having to deal with being amongst the ’party’ although that is only a mile down the road if you want more ’action’ The property has a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom, which can be formed into a king upon request. There are two full bathrooms inside the condo as well. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge. La Esquina #7 has a kitchen that is a chef’s delight. It features granite countertops, hardwood cabinets with pebble-glass doors, modern stainless-steel appliances, a 3-stage water filter, garbage disposal, a very full complement of countertop electric appliances, and complete sets of matching kitchenware, cutlery, serving ware, glassware, silverware, and dining ware. The pool is just steps from the private, shaded porch. The rooftop patio overlooks the surroundings and offers a partial view of the ocean. The entire complex, including the large parking area, is walled, gated, and guarded. La Esquina 7 has its own wireless, high-speed Internet. No shared bandwidth. HDMI cable is also provided if needed for your other devices. The washer and dryer in the condo are for the sole use of the guests of La Esquina 7.
