Nestled in the highly sought-after historic West End of Fremantle on the "Bousefield Block", this character-filled two-bedroom home places you just steps from the area’s best cafes, bars, and the bustling harbour, making it perfect for a small family or close friends seeking an immersive, walkable experience. It’s the ideal central base for families exploring the historic port city.

This charming former horse stable has been lovingly converted into a cosy home away from home. Upstairs, enjoy lovely views of the iconic Norfolk pine trees from the bedrooms.
Downstairs: The ground level features the living area, dining space, kitchen, and a small powder room for your convenience, along with the private garage.
Kitchen: Includes a Fridge/Freezer, stovetop, microwave, oven and crockery and cutlery. Please note: the items in this kitchen are not brand new. Coles and IGA are a 5-minute walk away for groceries.
Bedrooms & Sleeping (Upstairs)
Master Bedroom: Features a luxurious king futon bed set directly on the floor, complemented by a split-type air conditioner and a ceiling fan for ultimate comfort.
Second Bedroom: Equipped with a single bed and a designated work-from-home table, offering a quiet space for remote work or study.
Bathroom: One small full bathroom upstairs that would be shared with all guests. Please note the style of this bathroom is a little older.
Comfort & Temperature
The Master Bedroom has an individual split-type air conditioner. In the summer, this air conditioner can be used to cool the whole house once windows are closed. (The incorrect mention of an evaporated ducted system has been removed).

Guest Access Guests will have exclusive access to the whole two-storey home, including the ground-level garage.
Parking: A dedicated private garage is available for guest use. Please note: the garage can only accommodate small cars due to the tight access and space. If needed, free parking is available on Marine Terrace (a 10-minute walk) and there are many paid parking options near the house.

Important for Guests to Know about this Historic Cottage:
Please be advised that this building is over 100 years old and is full of quirks. The house is beside music venues, and the courtyard is shared with a few other apartments. One neighbour is currently renovating, so there may be some noise during the day. This stay would be a great fit for non-fussy guests who are looking for a bit of Freo flavour, a bit of personality, and local charm.
Stairs: The internal stairs are very steep, making this property not suitable for toddlers or those with mobility issues.
Master Bedroom Door: The master bedroom does not have a fully enclosed door, making this property most suitable for close families only.
Additional Notes: Wet wipes, paper towels: Please do not flush these items down the toilet as this causes blockages. Please place these items in the bin.
