Other Things to Note: • No grill on-site • Community fire pit area is available for guest use, wood is not provided • Condo is located on the 4th floor (one floor up from the parking) and does not have an elevator • All roads are paved for easy access, though roads may become difficult during winter weather • Responsible gatherings are welcome – no loud parties • The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and groups of friends • Parking is available outside the condo unit and parking passes are not required.
