The villa is made of stone and features a strong modern character furnishings which however manages to offer a combination of traditional features and contemporary comforts. The renovation was inspired by a concept aimed at respecting the environment: the recovery of rainwater used for Irrigation of the garden and the solar greenhouse to harness solar energy are just some of the measures that will allow you to enjoy a holiday full of luxury but at the same time respecting nature.
The nearby city of Cortona, famous for its medieval architecture, its breathtaking views and its rich culture, will offer you typical restaurants, shops, museums and cultural events. We are in a privileged position, close to the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and Umbria but immersed in the colors and scents of the Tuscan landscape.
Villa Lilli boasts a welcoming and well-kept outdoor area which includes a patio and an outdoor terrace, ideal places where you can enjoy your meals in the open air or simply relax with a panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside. There is also a BBQ area available. The pool area is perfectly exposed to the sun during the day (pool dimensions: 16 m x 5 m, max. depth 2.5 m) and is surrounded by sun loungers and a garden with ornamental plants and flowers. The villa also has covered parking.

INTERIOR
Villa Lilli is spread over two levels and offers a combination of well-designed and carefully studied spaces. The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern, with high-quality finishes and designer details. The decor is modern, the elegant furniture, the clean lines and the combination of materials such as wood, glass and metal make the entire space of the property pleasant and harmonious.
The villa has a spacious surface area of approximately 200 m2. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (all complete with shower), one of which is on the first floor. The living area is an open-space environment that includes a large living room, a dining room and an ultra-modern kitchen finely equipped with high-quality appliances (including oven, microwave, hob, fridge and dishwasher, coffee machine, toast, refrigerator with freezer, wine cellar). This space is perfect for entertaining guests or family time. The windows in the living area directly overlook the swimming pool and the outdoor patio, creating a unity with the surrounding space. In the basemant of the Villa there is a wonderful relax area with Sauna, Turkish bath, bed for massage, an infusion tea area and a bathroom with shower, you can access to this area from inside and from outside of the Villa. The Villa is equipped with Air conditioning, heating, high speed Internet connection, mosquito nets, all included in the stay.
