You’ll love the thought-out & fully air-conditioned designed layouts, full kitchen, flatscreen TVs in 2 bedrooms & living room plus washer & dryer. This completely renovated & professionally decorated family house is conveniently situated just short drives away from amazing beaches, wide array of restaurants, night life, gym & anything imaginable! This fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom and 2 bath home will welcome you to an open layout that connects a spacious living room with plenty of sitting space, a large flat-screen smart TV & board games for family/friend’s game & movie night, a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans and cooking basics so you can prep any of the family favorite meals plus a dinning table adjacent to the kitchen that sits 4 guests. The kitchen also sits 2 more guests in stools and a brunch-like countertop. The master bedroom features a dreamy king-size bed, smart TV and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps 2 guests a comfortable queen-size bed and also offers a smart TV. The third bedroom sleeps 2 more guests in a cozy full size bed. Each bedroom has it’s separate AC unit. The terrace is a family favorite space to enjoy quality time. The outdoor furniture and TV to entertain the entire group. The terrace also features a stationary bike, free weights and a yoga mat for the gym rats. Guest’s have access to all spaces and amenities inside the home. The only spaces designated and locked for housekeeping and owner storage are the bedroom closets. Uber is reliable if you’re planning on only driving around the the metropolitan area. Otherwise, we strongly recommend renting a vehicle. This will allow you to explore freely without delays or limitations. We also provide transportation for our guests as an extra service you can request which will be Subject to availability. Closets inside of each bedroom are designated as housekeeping and owner storages. Since Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, American citizens and permanent residents don’t need a passport to travel to the Island. About the area

Royal Palm Hoüs is nestled in "El Pueblo del Chicharrón" (pork rind town), the second-most populated town on the Island and connects to other nearby communities via the Urban Train system. Only 25 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), some of the the top beaches in the island at Isla Verde and Condado. Bayamón boasts art, culture, history, and heritage, along with a bustling sports tourism business. The property is just a 3 minute ride to the Honda Tennis Center, a 16-court venue approved by the USTA and Davis Cup, where you can either learn to swing a racquet or be a spectator at one of the many tournaments hosted there. It is also just a 4 minute drive to Río Bayamón Golf Course. The only golf course in Puerto Rico's metro area. The golf course provides a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere and all the amenities. An 18-hole complex that includes a clubhouse, putting green, chipping green, and driving range, as well as the convenience of a pro-shop and a restaurant. Driving Range has 58 stations in 2 tiers, 300 yards for your shots, and 75-foot high nets on both sides of the practice area. Private lessons are offered for all ages, and on Fridays, you may practice on the grass. Subject to maintenance. This golf course is the only one in Puerto Rico that is open at night. Another one of Bayamón’s most prominent attractions is the Museo Francisco Oller, just a 10 minute drive from the property, a place to experience the works of Puerto Rican artists and other painters like Tomás Barista, Consuelo Gotay, Lorenzo Homar and many more. Check out the museum’s tours and educational programs, as well as guided excursions in the surrounding area. For animal lovers, Manatee Conservation Center on the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico campus gives visitors an intimate view of the efforts to safeguard this mammal from extinction, as well as an introduction to the university’s research and rehabilitation efforts during guided tours led by technicians and volunteers. Just a 13 minute drive away from Royal Palm Hoüs. Sports are a big part of life in Bayamón. Visitors can root alongside the locals for the Vaqueros basketball team or the Puerto Rico BFC (American soccer), representing the Island in the Caribbean Football Union.
