Late Check-in Fees: • 20:00 – 23:00 → €30 • After 23:00 → €60 *must be confirmed in advance The area is well connected by public transport and easy road access: • Buses run regularly to Cascais center and Guincho Beach (lines M27, M02, M03, M05, and M15). • From Cascais train station, reach Lisbon in 30 minutes via the coastal line. • Bus connections to Sintra and CascaiShopping are also frequent. We can also help arrange private transfers and day trips upon request. Pre-Arrival Form: All guests must complete a pre-arrival form before check-in. Tourist Tax: €4 per person per night (max €28 per person). Children under 13 are exempt.
