Immersa nel verde della campagna siciliana, Villa Verde Nature Holiday Home è una splendida villa indipendente con piscina privata, perfetta per chi desidera vivere un soggiorno all’insegna del relax, della privacy e della natura. Situata in posizione panoramica a Carini, la proprietà si estende su un terreno di 4.000 mq coltivato a frutteto e uliveto, offrendo un’atmosfera autentica e rigenerante. La villa si sviluppa su due livelli: al piano terra si trovano la zona giorno con soggiorno luminoso e due divani letto matrimoniali, una cucina attrezzata e un bagno con doccia e bidet; al primo piano, la zona notte comprende una camera matrimoniale, una cameretta con letto a castello (il letto inferiore può diventare doppio estraendo un secondo letto) e un secondo bagno, anch’esso con doccia e bidet. Dal terrazzo arredato al primo piano si può godere una splendida vista sul paesaggio circostante. All’esterno, il giardino recintato accoglie la piscina privata, aperta dal 1° maggio al 1° ottobre, circondata da un solarium con lettini e zona relax. È inoltre presente una zona pranzo all’aperto. La casa può ospitare fino a 9 persone ed è dotata di Wi-Fi gratuito e aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti. Villa Verde gode di una posizione strategica per esplorare la Sicilia occidentale. A pochi minuti si trovano il Castello di Carini e il centro storico del paese. In meno di 30 minuti si raggiungono Palermo, con i suoi tesori arabo-normanni Patrimonio UNESCO, e le splendide spiagge di Mondello e Isola delle Femmine. A 500 metri si trova invece il costruendo centro RI.MED. Per gli amanti della natura, il Monte Cuccio e la Riserva Naturale di Capo Gallo offrono percorsi escursionistici e panorami spettacolari. L’aeroporto di Palermo Falcone-Borsellino dista solo 10 km, rendendo la villa facilmente accessibile anche per chi arriva da lontano.
