Opened in May 2023, a beautiful 4-bedrooms complex at 7 minutes walk from Bingin beach. 2 identical Mediterranean style villas, connected by a sliding door between the 2 gardens. Air conditioning in all the living and bedrooms, shower and bathtub in each bathroom. Covered terraces, outdoor lounges, swimming pools, hanging hammocks and surf racks. Two fully equipped kitchens, wifi, bed linen, towels, parking and daily cleaning are included. The space Very well located in the heart of Bingin in a quiet area and only a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Casa Jamu 1& 2 is an ideal vacation spot for large families or groups of friends who are looking for space, conviviality and privacy. In this beautiful complex of 4 bedrooms, 2 large living spaces and 2 swimming pools everything has been thought for your comfort. The decoration is neat and the choice of the whitened walls and the natural materials bring a soft and very tendency note. The villas are very luminous, all the rooms are equipped with large bay windows with view on the outside. They are entirely air-conditioned which is rare in Bingin. You will be able to open or close the large windows according to your wishes. To relax you will have the choice between the two interior lounges dug directly into the ground and equipped with large cushions, a coffee table and a connected television. The dining areas are spacious, each with a large wooden table surrounded by chairs and a bench seat next to the central island of the open kitchens. Both kitchens are equipped with refrigerator, hotplates, dishes and utensils. Upon arrival, basic necessities as well as coffee and tea are provided. In each villa a drinking water dispenser is installed and the first two refills of water are offered. Casa Jamu 1 & 2 are identical, the rooms are located at each end of the villas. They are all air-conditioned and equipped with a large double bed, a closet and a built-in desk. Access to the terraces and pools is through sliding windows, to isolate you and sleep well the curtains are 100% blackout. Each room has a very bright private bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. Bath and pool towels are provided and included in the price of your rental. Outside each villa is a beautiful swimming pool lined with tropical plants and extended by an outdoor lounge that offers a nice view of the swimming pool. Each villa has a covered terrace for relaxing in the shade and an outside staircase offering access to a large suspended hammock. An outdoor shower is installed in each of the gardens and for the surfing enthusiasts a rack protected from the sun to store the boards; You will stay in peace and quiet, the gardens are enclosed with a private entrance, the bedrooms and bathrooms are lockable, a safe is available in each room. For the outside entrance and not to encumber you with keys you have boxes with keys made safe. The villas have free parking on site and free Wi-Fi. A daily cleaning service is included. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Need a little extra help or special gear? We’re here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we’ve got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
