Welcome to the Alaia Villas, open in June 2024 in the heart of Bingin by the beaches. A set of 2 Villas connected by a door between the gardens, consisting of a villa for 4 people and a villa for 2 people. Ideal place for a family or group of friends: 2 villas, 2 enclosed gardens, 2 private pools, 2 living spaces, 2 kitchens, 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms, 3 large dressing rooms and 3 bathrooms. Wifi, bed linen, towels, parking and daily cleaning are included. The space Villas Alaia are conveniently located in Bingin, close to beaches and restaurants. Both the suite and the villa have private entrances, and communication between the two is via a large sliding door between the gardens. You can leave the door open or closed as you wish. The gardens are enclosed, with a swimming pool in the center of each, extended by a wooden deck with sunshade and sunbeds. For a session of yoga, meditation or sport, a pretty wooden joglo faces the pool - equipped with yoga mats and dumbbells. This complex is ideal for families or groups of friends on vacation in Bali, looking for a place that offers space and calm, close to the beaches of southern Bali. There are two living rooms with large sofas and coffee tables, a billiard table and, in the villa, the living room is extended by a large terrace. Both kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, hob, utensils, crockery and an espresso coffee machine (guests need to purchase their own capsules). A drinking water dispenser is also at your disposal and two refills are provided. For your meals, there is a large table in the villa and a central island with high chairs in the villa. All rooms are decorated with care and modern amenities for your comfort. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has its own dressing room and private bathroom. They are spacious, with a large double bed in the suite, and in the villa, one bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds that can be moved closer together. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and very bright thanks to large sliding windows. To keep you isolated, each bay window is fitted with fully blackout curtains. Each bedroom has a large dressing room, a secure safe and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower, a pretty washbasin and a toilet. Soap, shampoo, towels and pool towels are provided. Guest access Please note that the villa, pool and garden are private and exclusively reserved for your personal use. We’ve designed the space to ensure your comfort and offer relaxing and enjoyable spaces. We hope you make the most of this private haven and create unforgettable memories during your time with us. Other things to note Welcome to your villa getaway. If you arrive before 2pm, don’t worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Bingin Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Kindly note that there is ongoing construction taking place next door from 9 am to 5 pm. While we understand that this may occasionally result in some noise, please rest assured that we are making every effort to minimize any disruptions. Your comfort and peace are important to us. Need a little extra help or special gear? We’re here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we’ve got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
