The second level is the epicenter of the home. The chef’s kitchen is the heart of the home with dual islands and finely appointed finishes including a custom vent hood from Thierry Francois along with his signature french oak flooring. Meile appliances will be standard throughout the home, with a Viking gas range, as well as open shelving and ample cabinet space fully stocked with everything needed to entertain. The living room off the kitchen is a true paradise with access to expansive wrap around porches and 10’ glass sliding doors overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the private courtyard and resort pool.
