OCCUPANCY LIMIT
Maximum of 16 guests (including children). Please ensure the guest count matches the reservation.
QUIET HOURS
Please respect quiet hours between 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially outside, to respect neighbors.
PARTY/EVENTS
Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. This includes hen, stag, or similar parties.
DAMAGES/LOSS
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property. Please notify us immediately of any issues or damages during your stay.
CLEANLINESS
Please leave the property as you found it. Dispose of trash properly and use the provided cleaning supplies for any minor spills.
POOL HEATING
If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September.
Pool heating fee: $350 for first day, $250 every day after.
POOL HOT TUB/HOT TUB USE
Please follow all safety guidelines and usage instructions for the hot tub. Do not leave children unattended. No Pool Heating Available. Hot Tub is always heated.
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we’re in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.
PARKING
Free private parking is available. Please park in designated areas only.
Any of this violation will incur up to $1,000 - $5,000 penalty fee
