The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages or losses to the property or its contents. --- PROPERTY DETAILS: The villa’s long pool enjoys plenty of sunshine daily, with the surrounding deck and large sun loungers providing the ideal space to soak up the Bali sun. The open, spacious common areas are perfect for socializing, while the fully-equipped kitchen allows you to whip up your favorite meals. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, the villa offers both privacy in your individual quarters and space for quality time together. Each of the four bedrooms features a king-sized bed, air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, and makeup table. Three of the rooms come with spacious walk-in wardrobes, while all rooms have en-suite bathrooms. With double wooden sliding doors and blackout blinds, each room ensures a peaceful, undisturbed sleep. You can find a trendy gym right across the road, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, and some of the most well-know, tasty restaurants are within easy reach from here. Sunset Road is easily accessible, making it smooth to travel to and from the Airport, Uluwatu, and so on. The villa is situated in a secure complex with security on duty and far from the main road to minimise any potential noise during your stay. It can be your sweet oasis to retreat to after a busy day of exploring and having fun. One of the best locations to stay both for short and long-term. Public transport is not easily available in Bali and pretty unreliable as experienced. We advise our guests to rent motorbike(s) or a car if they feel comfortable driving in Bali. We can help to share rental contacts for those if needed. Other options are to use the Bluebird Taxis, or preferably to use the Grab or Gojek applications to get around at a very low price. In the area of the villa these applications are allowed to operate without a problem. These apps also allow you to order food to the villa within just minutes. We will help you download and use these useful applications for your transport needs. We also offer half/full day driving services with our private driver. You will be given 4 sets of keys for the villa on your arrival. Other useful information will be given via WA. - Please note that as the villa has open living spaces there may be harmless reptiles, insects and other small animals in and around the villa. Bali is a tropical island and these creatures may appear. - Please note that due to the tropical island weather and infrastructure, there may very rarely occur unexpected issues with electricity, water supply ( hot & cold ) or Wi-Fi connection.
