Welcome to Villa Alaia 3, a newly built villa with tasteful decoration in the heart of Bingin, near the beaches (opened in October 2025).
It offers two large double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and dressing rooms, a private enclosed garden with its own entrance, a beautiful swimming pool, a covered terrace, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a water dispenser. Perfect for families or friends.
Wi-Fi, bed linen, bath and pool towels, and daily cleaning are included.
The space
Villa Alaia 3 features a private enclosed garden with an independent entrance.
The pool, surrounded by tropical plants, invites you to relax on its comfortable sun loungers under the parasol. An outdoor shower lets you cool off during the day or rinse off after returning from the nearby beach.
The living area is spacious and open to the garden, creating a perfect harmony between indoor and outdoor spaces. It features a high white ceiling with beautiful hanging lamps and well-placed spotlights that bring warmth and a welcoming atmosphere.
This area extends to a covered terrace running along the length of the villa, ideal for relaxing in the shade. It includes a cozy lounge with a soft sofa, comfortable armchairs, a wooden bookshelf, a coffee table, and charming decorative pieces that give the villa its unique character.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, utensils, dishes and an espresso coffee machine (guests need to purchase their own capsules). It also includes a drinking water dispenser, with two water bottles provided upon arrival. The large wooden dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together with family or friends.
The two bedrooms, located side by side, are spacious, air-conditioned, and tastefully decorated. Each includes a large double bed, bedside tables, a desk, a dressing room, and a private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Bath and pool towels are provided.
The rooms are bright, with large glass doors opening directly onto the covered terrace and garden. Sheer curtains and blackout drapes ensure comfort and privacy for peaceful, restful nights.

Please note that the villa, pool and garden are private and exclusively reserved for your personal use. We’ve designed the space to ensure your comfort and offer relaxing and enjoyable spaces. Welcome to your villa getaway.
If you arrive before 2pm, don’t worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Bingin Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival.
A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience.
Kindly note that there is ongoing construction taking place next door from 9 am to 5 pm. While we understand that this may occasionally result in some noise, please rest assured that we are making every effort to minimize any disruptions. Your comfort and peace are important to us.

We’re here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we’ve got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
