The villa offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including a spacious master suite with mezzanine. Large open living area in natural wood, fully equipped kitchen, pool table, swimming pool with kids’ area, and lush tropical garden.

This single-story villa, thoughtfully designed with natural wood, is a true bohemian chic gem, featuring refined decor that combines natural materials like driftwood and straw with a palette of soft, soothing tones. The warm and authentic ambiance invites relaxation and well-being.
With four air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with bright private bathrooms—some partially open to the outdoors—Casa ASACHAI accommodates up to 10 guests. The largest bedroom features a mezzanine with a double bed downstairs and two single beds upstairs, ideal for families or groups of friends.
The heart of the villa is a spacious open-plan living area with high wooden ceilings, creating a welcoming space that opens onto the tropical garden. The cozy lounge with a large corner sofa offers lovely views of the pool. The dining area, with a large wooden table, is perfect for sharing convivial moments. The fully equipped open kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, all necessary utensils, and a water dispenser with two provided bottles. It is separated from the living room by a bar with high stools.
For entertainment, a pool table is also available in this warm space.
At the center of the tropical garden, a round swimming pool invites you to unwind. The shallow area is perfect for children, while the deeper section is great for swimming or lounging in the sun on the large wooden deck equipped with sun loungers.
Each bedroom is also fitted with a ceiling fan for optimal comfort. Large sliding glass doors with blackout curtains let in beautiful natural light while ensuring peaceful nights.
Bed linens, bath and pool towels, daily cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, Wi-Fi, and secure parking are all included for a hassle-free stay.

Other things to note
Please note that the shortcut from Balangan to the Uluwatu/Bingin area is closed between 11 PM - 5 AM.
This is clearly indicated at the barrier gate, as the road is not a main road but part of a residential area. However, you may still use the main Uluwatu street at any time.
Online transport (Grab/Gojek) is not permitted in this area to support local drivers. Our team can help arrange a driver for you anytime.
If you arrive before 2pm, don’t worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Balangan Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival.
A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience.
