Guests will enjoy the home’s private beach access, private pool, a screened-in wraparound porch, and a hot tub and outdoor shower with dune views.
Guests may park underneath the elevated home or on the gravel driveway. A wood deck on the ground floor has a gas grill, a hot tub, and an outdoor shower with views of the dune. A private dune walkover leads directly to a white-sand beach that stretches into the protected state park. On the opposite side of the driveway is a large private pool with a wide sun shelf and a cascading waterfall. The pool may be heated for an additional charge.
Colorful abstract artwork adorns one side of the stairs leading up to the home’s first floor. Guests enter an open living, dining, and kitchen area with stunning Gulf and Bay views. Decorated in soothing shades of silver-gray, driftwood, and pearl, the spacious kitchen has a gorgeous view of the Bay, a dine-in counter that seats 4, an island that seats 2, and wraparound countertops with premium appliances. Guests can open a door adjacent to the kitchen, step out onto a deck that overlooks the pool, and enjoy views of the Bay and the entrance to the state park. Separating the kitchen from the living area is a lovely oval dining table with clear acrylic ghost chairs. Natural and found materials like oyster shells, driftwood, starfish, and woven reeds provide depth and character to a contemporary-styled living area with 2 sofas and armchairs surrounding a TV and fireplace. Double sliding glass doors showcase jaw-dropping views of the Gulf and open onto a spacious wraparound screened porch—where guests can watch the setting sun from the comfort of Adirondack chairs or enjoy a meal at an outdoor dining table. A stairway connects to the dune walkover below. Stepping back inside, guests will find 4 bedrooms bordering the living and dining area. 2 beautiful primary bedrooms have king beds and sliding glass doors that open onto the screened Gulf-front porch.
