DETAILS: There’s something for everyone to enjoy at "Shades of Summer!" Welcome to the 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home that sleeps 16 guests in the heart of Grayton Beach. All of the bedrooms are "suite" - there are en-suite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and balconies in every room. It’s located just a few homes back from award-winning beaches and steps from a rare coastal dune lake and protected state parkland. There are 2 washer and dryers, 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators, making it perfect for large groups. This classic beach home has fresh exterior paint, includes 6 complimentary adult bikes and a private pool with a sunning deck.
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms adjacent to the entry room. The first is a spacious bunk room that includes 4 sets of bunks built into the wall- 2 full-size and 2 twins. It doubles as a game room with a flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom, and porch. The other bedroom has two king beds, en-suite bathroom with a shower only, and access to the porch.
The main level hosts the kitchen and living room that open up to a balcony overlooking Garfield Street. The recently updated, gourmet kitchen includes premium Thermador appliances, fully equipped utensils, designer cabinetry, and casual eating for 8 at the bar. 2 dining tables have seating for 15 to enjoy a meal together. A king bedroom is down the hall with a private bathroom and balcony.
Upstairs, there are 3 more bedrooms. All are primary suites contain king beds, private balconies, and en suite bathrooms. A large top-level deck is perfect for sunning and catching a glimpse of the breathtaking sunset over the Gulf. World-class dining and shopping are just a short walk away along the path to the beach. This home is very popular for families, corporate retreats, and wedding parties!
