Holiday home in beautiful surroundings near Lønstrup. Here you will find pretty much everything your heart desires. The holiday home is located in the peaceful, rolling countryside with excellent tranquility and a beautiful view. The cottage was completely renovated in 2019. The entire house exudes an exclusive choice of materials, such as top insulation from floor to ceiling, all windows with self-cleaning glass, a state-of-the-art kitchen, beautiful living rooms, etc. All materials have been carefully selected, from floors, tiles, walls, furniture, and good exclusive beds to ensure a good night’s sleep. The kitchen also stands out from ordinary kitchens. Granite fronts and countertops, two built-in steam ovens and a regular oven from Gaggenau, a matching microwave, a wide, zone-free hob, and a countertop extractor hood, in addition to two teppanyaki grills for Japanese cooking, which are also great for warm dishes. There is also a coffee machine, two warming drawers, a refrigerator, and two freezers (approx. 300 liters). In addition, there is a high-quality wine cabinet and a refrigerator/freezer from Liebherr. It is arranged so that bar stools can be placed at the cooking island. The entire main house has underfloor heating. The indoor climate is favorable thanks to the heat recovery system, which prevents drafts. The main house has both a living room and a dining room with a dining area, chairs, and a built-in TV. The living room has large windows that let in plenty of light and also provide access to the terrace. There are three wood-burning stoves and six TVs.There is a lounge with dining area for 40 people. Part of the first floor is the sleeping area. There are two good bedrooms, one with a wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom. In addition, both have balconies. Both have good double beds from Høje.The bathroom has a large shower cubicle with a bench, linear drain, and a luxurious ceiling-mounted rain shower with waterfall function. On the first floor, there is another bathroom, and the two sections are connected by another living room, this time with walnut flooring, a wood-burning stove, and a beautiful window section with a view of nature.There is also a small cozy room with a TV, coffee maker, and adjoining toilet. In the main house’s adjoining wing, there is a lovely, spacious banquet hall (approx. 100 m2) with patio doors and its own entrance. There is also tableware etc. for 40 people. On the opposite side of the entrance hall, there are four bedrooms with comfortable double beds from Høje, one of which has a wall-mounted TV. In addition, there is a small lounge area with a kitchenette and four chairs and a table. All rooms are luxuriously appointed with walnut flooring, which gives a beautiful look, and are connected to a shower room.The house also offers everything from billiards, table tennis, air hockey, and table football. This provides plenty of opportunities for the whole family. The outdoor entertainment is also not to be overlooked, with the garden surrounded by a wooden railing. Well-placed outdoor lamps are located around the garden, creating a beautiful sight even in the evening. Not available for rental to youth groups. The entire garden is fenced in, making it suitablefor dogs and families with children.
