The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring modern appliances - with 2 dishwashers, a dining area, and all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals.

The Atriums is an exclusive condo complex with only a few large condos, giving you the utmost in privacy and comfort. As mentioned before, there are 2 parking spaces in the private garage within the larger community garage. The Atriums are a quick .2 mi drive to the nearest ski area parking lot, or a 1/4 mi walk to the base area on sidewalks. Steamboat has Uber/Lyft and local taxi service if you decide you’d like to go out for a night on the town. The community pool and hot tub are undergoing a remodeling project expected to be completed by end of fall 2026, but are currently not available, but the 2 private hot tubs for the condo are currently operable.
