Pines 2023 is a top floor 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in a quiet complex convenient to shopping and dining and a quick free bus ride to the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. The home boasts soaring ceilings in the living area making it feel open and providing natural light. The living area has a gas fireplace for those cozy winter evenings. The spacious kitchen boasts everything you need for preparing meals in and there is a dining table with plenty of seating for everyone. Access to the covered deck is off the dining area, a perfect place to relax and unwind or grill up a burger.
Two bedrooms are on the main floor. One features a King bed, large closet and attached bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo. The other bedroom has a Queen bed and large closet with access to a full bathroom in the hallway with walk-in shower. You will find a full size washer and dryer in the hallway closet. Head upstairs for the open loft with desk and seating area, the perfect place to catch up on some work or read a book. The upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and bathroom with walk-in shower.
Parents take note, the owner of this condo wants to make your stay as easy as possible. The condo has the following for you to use while you are here: a packnplay travel crib (bring your own sheet/blanket), hiking backpack, baby gates, portable bed rail, toys and books for children.
The Pines @ Orehouse Plaza has community hot tubs for guest use and is within walking distance to a few Steamboat free city bus stops. You can also easily walk to grocery stores (City Market, Safeway and Walmart), restaurants and specialty shops. In the summer you are not too far from the Yampa River Core Trail.
The complex offers easy parking, with first-come, first-serve spaces in front of the condo and more just a short walk away. As a guest of our condo, you can bring up to 2 vehicles. Sorry, no pets are allowed per HOA rules and we are unable to make exceptions.
