Spend your Steamboat getaway in a spacious and comfortable townhome located in a quiet neighborhood close to the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. This end-unit townhome boasts almost 1500 square feet. Park in a private 1 car garage and enter to a nice mud room with bench, closet and hooks for hanging your gear. The bedroom on this level boasts a Twin XL over Queen bunk and attached bathroom with tub/shower combo and double vanity. In addition, there is a large laundry room on this level.
Head upstairs to the main level with vaulted ceilings. There is a cozy living area with gas fireplace and sleeper sofa, a nice dining table with space for everyone and a kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home. The large wrap around deck with nice lounge furniture can be accessed off the kitchen and living areas. A half bath is located off the dining area for your convenience. The main bedroom on this level has a King bed and attached bathroom with walk-in steam shower. The private hot tub is accessed just outside the bedroom on the deck. There is an open loft upstairs with twin daybed for extra sleeping, a desk for catching up on work and hanging out space.
The home has free Wi-Fi and Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows after a day on the mountain. Parking is available in the garage or one space just outside the garage. A free city bus stop is located nearby where you can hop on and head to the ski area or downtown. In the summer, you are steps away from neighborhood walking paths and trails.
