You will feel right at home as soon you enter this 3 bedroom Enclave Townhome. The home has a large recently remodeled kitchen, dining area with seating for 12, big living area with sectional seating for the whole family and a beautiful modern gas fireplace. There is also a fun shuffleboard table in the living area because who doesnt love a little fun while on vacation? There is a half bath located on this level for convenience.
Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The large main bedroom has a King bed, twin sleeper sofa and a desk for anyone that needs a little quiet to get a few emails out before hitting the slopes. This bedroom has a giant closet, so plenty of room to put your suitcases away and not be stepping over them your whole trip. The attached bathroom has a double vanity, large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a full bathroom with shower/tub combo with the third bedroom. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids, it has a twin over Queen bunk bed and a small TV. The full size washer and dryer is located on this level for your convenience.
The home boasts free Wifi, a nice front deck for enjoying that Colorado sunshine and a private garage with shelves and tons of room for your gear in summer and winter! Parking at this home is not an issue, there is room for a car in the garage and depending on the size, an additional 2-3 in the driveway. The neighborhood has a community hot tub available for guest use and in the summer there are many beautiful walking paths easily accessible from the home. Just a short walk away is a free Steamboat City Bus Stop where you can hop on and be taken to the ski area and back or you can transfer and ride all the way downtown if you want.
The townhome is located at the Enclave which is a quiet community located not too far from the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. The neighborhood is a good mix of year-round residents and folks enjoying a Steamboat vacation. It is quiet and the perfect place for a peaceful Steamboat getaway.
