Immediately upon entry you are welcomed with a great "mudroom" space featuring a custom barn wood bench area with tons of cubbies and hooks for all your winter gear plus a large closet for all your equipment. Feel at home in the living room with gas fireplace and plenty of seating for everyone. The open kitchen area has everything you need to prepare your own meals in style or to grub on your takeout. Enjoy a meal or play a game around the spacious dining table or head out to the large, covered balcony to enjoy the mountain air or grill up a burger. Back the hallway you will find a master bedroom with King bed, large closet to keep your luggage tucked away and private balcony. The attached bathroom features a brand-new walk-in shower with bench and river rock accents and large vanity with plenty of room for everyone’s toiletries. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids or a couple of friends with a Queen bed and a twin over twin bunk (sleeps 4) and still plenty of floor space. This bedroom utilizes the second bathroom located in the hallway which contains another walk-in shower and large vanity. Pack light and take advantage of the full-size washer and dryer located in the hall closet. This condo also has free Wi-Fi and keyless entry. There are 2 parking spaces available for the condo. The Pines at the Orehouse is conveniently located within walking distance to 2 grocery stores (City Market & Safeway), 2 ski shops (Ski Haus & Christy Sports), Walmart, shopping, and many dining options including the Ore House. There is a free city bus stop located at the entrance to the complex which can zip you up to the base of the ski area or walk across the street and catch the bus going downtown (it runs into the late night). As our guest you have access to the community hot tubs just a short walk from the condo. Enjoy more "bang for your buck" when it comes to space and comfort without paying base area pricing and still have convenient amenities nearby. This is a great option for those wanting to enjoy a wonderful Steamboat getaway without breaking the bank.
