For Rest ~ - Primary Bedroom (2nd Floor): King sized bed, access to private balcony, Smart TV, and spacious en-suite with tiled shower and soaking tub - Guest Room (2nd Floor): King sized bed, bay style windows with lots of light, Smart TV, private balcony, en-suite with spa style shower - Guest Room (3rd Floor): Full sized bed, Smart TV, convenient en-suite with spa style shower - Bunk Room (3rd Floor): two Twin over Twin bunks, Smart TV, en-suite with shower/tub combo - Living Room: 2 pull out queen sofa beds, sleeps 4! - We also provide a pack n play for your little one! ​​​​​​​To Note: - Parking: 3 spots in the driveway and street parking also available. - This home requires a minimum stay of 6 nights due to HOA requirements. - Minimum age to rent the home is 23 - We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we’d love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding! - Vacation disruptions can be a bummer.
