This NatureWalk property in Seagrove has highlights at every turn: every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, multiple porches and balconies, outdoor rec area on the 3rd floor, and a front porch swing for an after-beach nap! When you are ready to venture out, explore on one of our 4 complimentary bikes or take a walk through the NatureWalk community. Need a change of pace? Head over to The Gathering Place where you have resort style pools to cool off in. Beach time is also close by - just a short walk down the Lily Lane Beach Trail!

Minutes to the Shore ~
- The Lilly Lane beach trail leads you right to the San Juan Beach access point – it’s a 10-15 min walk down the trail to San Juan Ave.
- Santa Clara Regional Access point. Offers parking, lifeguards, and restrooms. You can also rent chairs, umbrellas, bonfires, etc.. here.
- Grayton Dunes – if you’d rather drive a golf cart or take your car, this one is a 15 min ride. Beautiful dunes and entry point, plus its super scenic! There is parking and lifeguards available here as well.

To Note:
- Parking: 3 spots in the driveway and street parking also available.
- This home requires a minimum stay of 6 nights due to HOA requirements.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we’d love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn’t happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
