A complimentary starter set of laundry essentials is provided. Parking: Four tandem parking spaces are available on the left and center, two covered under a 76" carport and two uncovered exterior spaces with no height restrictions. YOUR SPACE: Guests will have access to both of the second-level residences on this property. This includes all interior rooms, as well as the outdoor spaces associated with each residence. The ground floor residences located on the property is not included in this listing, but can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger family or business groups. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older. Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
