LAUNDRY: Free, shared laundry facility located in the garage; guests must provide their own laundry supplies. PARKING: One garage parking space on the left side. Small to mid-sized vehicles recommended. Guests may use street parking, both metered and unmetered, throughout the neighborhood when available. PETS: Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
