This lovely ground-floor, two-bedroom apartment sits within a classic
mansion block overlooking the green expanse of Battersea Park.
Perfectly located, you’re just a short walk from Battersea Power
Station tube and its vibrant shopping and dining district, while
Chelsea lies just across the river. For a relaxed morning, we recommend
a stroll through the park to The Pear Tree Café for brunch. Enter into
a welcoming hallway. To the left is the sitting room, a comfortable and
stylish space featuring a Samsung Frame TV, sofa, ornamental fireplace,
and coffee table - ideal for unwinding after a day exploring London.
The galley kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, and
coffee machine (please note there is no microwave). The master bedroom
offers a super king-sized bed and ample wardrobe space, while the
second bedroom includes a single bed, perfect for an additional guest
or child. The bathroom is modern and well-finished, with a large
walk-in shower, sink, and loo. A selection of additional services and
items can be ordered through Property Manager subject to availability at this
