According to community rules, this condo has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests, and this limit cannot be exceeded at any time. Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay in the unit. Arrivals with more guests than booked will be denied check-in, and a $250 USD fine applies if the rule is violated. Visitors are welcome during the day as long as the total number of people never exceeds the community limit. To ensure a safe and peaceful environment for all residents, external vendors are not allowed inside the property. Our concierge team will gladly connect you with approved and trusted local partners for anything you may need during your stay. Please note that there may be intermittent construction noise in the surrounding area, as Vista Vela continues to grow. Most guests find it manageable, but we want you to be aware in advance and plan your stay comfortably. We welcome monthly stays, and an additional refundable security deposit per month may apply.
