Located in the charming Rione Monti district, a central and lively neighborhood full of restaurants and bars open from morning until evening. Thanks to its excellent location, you can easily reach all the main attractions of the Eternal City.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of an elegant historic building with an elevator.
Gaia can accommodate up to 10 guests (ideal for 8). It’s the perfect choice for large groups who want separate rooms and an elegant design. The apartment features:
- A living room with a dining table, TV, and a sofa bed for 2 guests.
- A kitchen in a separate area, fully equipped for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Three spacious bedrooms featuring comfortable mattresses and refined furnishings. Bedroom 1 has a double bed plus an additional double sofa bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a double bed.
- Two full bathrooms both with a shower, towels, and a complimentary product kit.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The property boasts an ideal location right in the heart of the Monti district, Rome’s first Rione (historic neighborhood). Guests can easily walk to the following major attractions:
- Colosseum and the Imperial Forums: 15 minutes.
- Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, and Via del Corso (the historic center’s renowned shopping street): 15 to 20 minutes.
- Spanish Steps: 20 minutes.
For destinations further afield, such as the St. Peter’s Basilica - Vatican Museums area, we suggest taking the Metro from either the Repubblica or Termini stops (Line A). Both are an 8-minute walk away and will get you there in only 15 minutes.
All the most interesting points of the city are easily reachable on foot. The Repubblica Metro station (Line A) is only an 8-minute walk from the apartment, while the Termini train and Metro station (Lines A and B) is also an 8-minute walk away.
Thanks to these rapid connections, all the main historical and cultural attractions of the Eternal City can be reached in just a few minutes (the Colosseum, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and St. Peter’s Basilica - Vatican Museums).
