The dining area connects to the living room and features a dining table for six. The living room has ample seating, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a wet bar. It opens through large sliders to the outdoor patio, which offers amazing views of the golf course! OUTDOOR The wonderful patio includes a three-burner BBQ island and a dining table for six, making it perfect for outdoor dining. You can also stay warm on cooler nights next to a fire feature with sectional seating. Community pools and spas are located less than 300 feet from the unit. All guests have access to 46 community pools, the resort pool with swim lanes, the clubhouse, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, this unit features an Athletic and Racquet Sport Membership. The front guest bedroom has two twin beds, and a 46-inch SmartTV, and uses the hallway bath and shower. It’s perfect for overnight guests.
