designed residences with the quality and care of a 5-star hotel. The
Space: Escape to Brightwater, a stunning modern home surrounded by
greenery. This 10,585-square-foot home offers open, airy spaces filled
with natural light. Sliding glass doors open wide to bring the outdoors
in, offering serene views from every corner. Sustainability meets
luxury with features like solar panels, energy-efficient windows, and
durable materials. Inside, you’ll find seven bedrooms and seven
bathrooms, each finished with Italian flair. The centerpiece of the
main floor is a dramatic 22-foot fireplace with marble details,
complemented by a kitchen featuring Italian oak cabinetry, sleek marble
countertops, and Miele appliances. The lower level is packed with
amenities, including a full wellness center with gym, sauna, hammam,
and a lounge with a wet bar. The outdoor spaces are equally impressive,
with an infinity-edge pool, sundeck, and spacious terraces offering
breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Whether you’re
entertaining or enjoying quiet time, this home is designed to bring
luxury and nature together seamlessly. The pool will close for the
season on September 29, 2025, and will no longer be available for guest
use until further notice. To finalize your reservation, all guests must

This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is
subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm
the reservation. This property is currently on the market for sale, and
in-person tours may take place during your stay. We’ll provide at least
24 hours’ notice before any showings and kindly ask that you allow
access for these scheduled visits. We’ll do our best to accommodate
your schedule and minimize any inconvenience. Please consider this
before booking this property. The pool is currently closed until spring
2026. Once the pool is re-opened, there is an additional $75/night fee
to heat the pool during your stay. close for the season on September

Neighborhood: Cited by many as “America’s Most Beautiful Village,” East
Hampton is the quintessential upscale seaside resort. The appeal is
apparent from even the briefest of glimpses down Main Street—from the
postcard-pretty Town Pond to the west, to the iconic Hook Windmill at
the village’s eastern leaving. Add in the ocean to the south and it’s
easy to see why this place is a boon for artists, writers, and other
creative souls. Other Things to Note: Pets are allowed with approval
and a one time $200 charge. Property Manager requires a property rental agreement
to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations
at this home. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the
property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will
result in a odor removal fee equivalent to a 1-night worth of
reservation as well as possible removal from the property.
Security Deposit Policy:
Please note that this property requires a $5,000 credit hold for stays
at this property to cover any property damage that may occur during
your stay. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is
confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and
released 2 days after departure. The release of this hold will initiate
2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the
home by our local team.
