Welcome to Blue Jay Villa, a Property Manager Home! Property Manager offers beautifully
designed residences with the quality and care of a 5-star hotel. The
Space: Step into Blue Jay Villa, a luxurious home located in East
Hampton. This newly built 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom residence offers over
9,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space on a private
1.1-acre lot. Built from durable concrete and powered by a full solar
array, the home is both energy-efficient and built to last.
Floor-to-ceiling glass sliders and oversized windows create a bright,
open feel and connect the interior with the surrounding landscaped
grounds. The main level features large-format Italian porcelain tile
and natural stone, while wide-plank European oak floors add warmth
upstairs. At the center of the home is a custom Arc Linea kitchen with
fossil-finish oak cabinetry, Grigio Argentino marble countertops,
high-end Miele appliances, and a separate prep kitchen. The spacious
great room opens directly to a 20’ x 40’ heated gunite pool, pool
house, and outdoor kitchen, ideal for indoor-outdoor living. Each
bedroom is generously sized and includes refined finishes. The primary
suite features a spa-style bathroom with Carrara marble, Italian
fixtures, and a clean, modern design. Resort-style features including
lush garden terraces complete this marvellous retreat. This exquisite
residence is a rare mix of high-end design, smart systems, and everyday
comfort, designed for privacy, performance, and style. The pool is
currently closed, and will be guest-ready starting April 13, 2026. To

Home Truths:
The pool will open on April 13, 2026. If you want the pool heated
during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. The pool is
open seasonally. If weather permits, it may remain open through the end
of September and potentially into mid-October. The property is on the
market for sale, and in-person tours may be required during your stay.
In some cases, this notice may be as short as approximately 2 hours.
Open houses might also be required, and in those cases, guests will be
asked to vacate the property. Please consider this before booking this
specific property. The Neighborhood: Cited by many as “America’s Most
Beautiful Village,” East Hampton is the quintessential upscale seaside
resort. The appeal is apparent from even the briefest of glimpses down
Main Street—from the postcard-pretty Town Pond to the west, to the
iconic Hook Windmill at the village’s eastern leaving. Add in the ocean
to the south and it’s easy to see why this place is a boon for artists,
writers, and other creative souls. Other Things to Note: Pets are
allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge. Property Manager requires a
property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to
arrival for all reservations at this home. As a reminder, smoking is
not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside
areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less
than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the
property.
Security Deposit Policy:
A refundable credit card hold of $5,000 is required as a security
deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may
occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and
the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of
this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a
departure inspection of the home by our local team.
