This recently remodeled mountain modern two bedroom condo, Spruces 13, affectionately referred to as The Elks, makes this an amazing getaway for a small family or group of friends who want to explore Jackson Hole. Boasting almost 800 square feet, this condo is located on the upper level of the condominium building accessed by a staircase. This unit features two bedrooms; one with a Four Seasons California king bed, generous closets and generous space. The second bedroom, which includes a Four Seasons Queen bed, though smaller than the primary bedroom, provides an excellent retreat for a great night’s rest.. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the chef in your group needs to prepare a gourmet meal after a long adventure. Enjoy the electric fireplace while relaxing in the cozy entertaining area with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. In the summer months, both bedrooms are equipped with window A/C units.
The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.
**Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. Booking is subject to be cancelled if agreement is not signed within 48 hours.
**For bookings of 30 nights or more, final availability is subject to homeowner approval. A lease agreement along with a security deposit will be required. **

Pets are not permitted in any of the Property Manager properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
