Villa Kaya is an elegant 4-bedroom tropical villa located in Balangan, South Bali, just minutes from the beach. Opened in September 2025, this modern villa combines contemporary architecture, designer décor, quality amenities, and fine finishes. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be charmed by its enclosed garden with a private entrance, its central pool surrounded by tropical plants, and the large wooden deck with plush sun loungers for absolute relaxation. The spacious ground-floor living area, filled with natural light thanks to large sliding glass doors, is designed for gathering and unwinding in a warm atmosphere. The generous lounge overlooks the pool and includes two large white sofas with soft cushions, designer armchairs, a thick rug, a natural wood coffee table, and a large flat-screen TV. Special attention has been given to lighting to create a soft and welcoming ambiance, day and night. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, cooktop, microwave oven, utensils, dishware, and a water dispenser with two complimentary refills. A central island with bar stools elegantly separates the kitchen from the dining area, where a large wooden table surrounded by designer chairs welcomes you for group meals. The villa features four air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own dressing area, large chest of drawers for your personal belongings, a king-size bed, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, and toilet. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with a large TV and direct access to the terrace and pool through wide sliding doors. The two upstairs bedrooms offer a peaceful atmosphere. All bedrooms are fitted with blackout curtains and sheer drapes to ensure restful nights. Guest access Please note that the villa, pool and garden are private and exclusively reserved for your personal use. We’ve designed the space to ensure your comfort and offer relaxing and enjoyable spaces. We hope you make the most of this private haven and create unforgettable memories during your time with us. Other things to note Welcome to your villa getaway. Please note that the shortcut from Balangan to the Uluwatu/Bingin area is closed between 11 PM - 5 AM. This is clearly indicated at the barrier gate, as the road is not a main road but part of a residential area. However, you may still use the main Uluwatu street at any time. Online transport (Grab/Gojek) is not permitted in this area to support local drivers. Our team can help arrange a driver for you anytime. If you arrive before 2pm, don’t worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Balangan Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Need a little extra help or special gear? We’re here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we’ve got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
