Soaring ceilings, sweeping views, and top-notch amenities all in one place! Upon entry, this brand new modern-rustic cabin has three bedrooms, two with master suites and a third bedroom downstairs with access to its’ own full bathroom. The downstairs bar and deck is perfect for a family or group to enjoy, play, or to relax in the hot tub. On the main level, there are two beautiful King suites to the right and left. The one on the left has an incredibly spacious bathroom with a Wetroom style shower space that includes a bathtub. The room on the right has a full bathroom as well with an above standard shower space (not a wetroom, but big). This room does not have a bathtub. Between the two King suites is a gorgeous living space with an authentic Italian leather sectional providing the seating. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is an island that provides great counter space for cooking meals. There are tall windows lining the back of the living space that provide a lot of natural light into the cabin space (the same is true in the bedrooms). There is also a gas fireplace in the living space that provides a beautiful ambiance (only available for use October 15-April 15). However, the outdoor fireplaces are wood-burning and available for use throughout the year. When you walk out of the sliding doors on the main level, you will find a long and spacious deck. Towards the left of that deck is an outdoor fireplace with a 7 seater sectional around it. In the middle of the deck is a dining table with 8 chairs designed as an outdoor eating area. To the right of the top deck, you’ll find a gas grill that is available to guest. From the top deck, you can walk down the stairs to the screened in bottom deck. This deck provides an enjoyable outdoor space that is covered and screened in. It comes with another outdoor fireplace, a hot tub, a ping pong table, darts, a Smart TV, and more seating. From the bottom deck you can access the downstairs bedroom and the bar-space. The downstairs bedroom features two XL twin beds and a full bathroom. This cabin of course comes with full functioning internet and it has Smart TV’s in both of the King suites, the living room, and the downstairs deck space. As an added bonus to this home, there is a spot of land only a quarter mile away that has a firepit area. That land is also ours and our guest can access it at any point. The firepit is right next to the river and all of our guest are welcome to spend their evenings there fishing or enjoying the outdoors. We truly believe you will love this home.
