Overlooking the valley that connects Lecco to the heart of Valsassina, the apartment is located right at the start of the scenic road to Piani Resinelli —a natural paradise for hiking, climbing, and panoramic walks. In just a short drive, you can also reach Lecco and Lake Como, with their historic villages, restaurants, and outdoor activities.

Located on the second floor of a small residence (no elevator), the apartment is accessible from the main gate or directly from the private garage. Upon entering, a bright hallway welcomes you and leads to two tastefully furnished double bedrooms , both with wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lights. The bathroom has a window and includes a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The heart of the home is the open-space living room , featuring a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, kettle, toaster), dining table for six, double sofa bed , and a decorative fireplace. The highlight is the panoramic terrace , a perfect place to relax and admire the surrounding mountains.
The apartment also includes a private garage and fast Wi-Fi connection , ideal for remote working too.
