Garage Parking: Free Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. Should your stay be 28 nights or more, we will collect a security deposit before check-in. Please note that there is still some construction ongoing in the development. The construction is located in an isolated area at the very far end of the development to ensure that guests are not being disturbed. In general Tulum is a high growth area with a big deal of real estate investment.
