Chatham Palms is a high-end gated community with 24 hr security, you will be required to present an ID when entering, strictly "No ID No Entry", there is pool with deck chairs, gym and garden areas to enjoy. The location could not be more prime, located 3 minutes from the airport, bang in the heart of the "Hip Strip", it is in walking distance to many attractions and eateries but also in close proximity by car to the Freeport, downtown, Ironshore and Rose Hall areas. The community is a small and intimate one. Property Manager Chatham, our townhouse, is located in the corner with closest access to the beach. We have a lovely large grass lawn with patio seating area, the garden is shadowed by 4 large palm trees, a date palm, and is home to areca palms and mini ixoras. The house itself is extremely comfortable for 6 guests but can sleep up to 8 with use of the living room sofas. It is ideal for families or groups of friends who are mindful of such an exquisitely and carefully designed space. A smart TV and WiFi are setup and ready to use. You will need to show an ID to check in at the security gate and collect the keys. Guests have full access to the entire unit except for the laundry area. The guests have entire use of the complex - swimming pool, gym and beach. It is situated in the heart of Montego Bay city on the newly named Godfrey Dyer Boulevard. Local hot spots include Usain Bolt’s Tracks and Records, Starbucks, Doctor’s Cave Beach, Margaritaville, The Pelican, The S Hotel, Coral Cliff and amongst many others. As you step out of the complex you are bang on the Hip Strip. One never needs to even leave the 2 mile strip to have a truly memorable experience - there are fabulous beaches, great dining spots, tremendous shopping, attractions and the charm of the Jamaican people. We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Beach Club and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport. The base price includes up to 2 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that. Bookings must reflect the maximum number of guests who will be on the property at any point during the stay. When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests. This is an eco-friendly home - the AC will turn off after 3 minutes if the door or window is left open, or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes. •Please ensure all A/Cs, fans and electronics are turned off before you step out of the house. •Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use. •Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup. •Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle. •Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers. •Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are strictly not allowed on property, any additional person found on property will be asked to leave. •Management reserves the right to enter an empty unit if electricals are left on. •Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided. At Property Manager we strive to be eco-friendly. We are proud to announce that we have installed eco-sensors on all our A/Cs that turn them off when a door or window is left open or when there is no one in the room. Visitor Policy Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval. Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking. Date Changes Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC). Cancellation & Refunds (This does not apply to HVMB guests) All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable. All Service bookings are non-refundable.
