Enjoy 18 miles of bike trails along scenic 30-A, explore the shops, galleries, and restaurants of Seaside and Rosemary Beach, or go fishing on Eastern Lake. Family entertainment at Pier Park in Panama City and world-class golf courses are also nearby. PROPERTY RULES: * Must sign rental agreement within 48 hrs of booking or subject to cancellation. * Must Be 25 years or older. *If you choose to bring your dog/s, there is an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $500 per dog. The fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation. * There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property. * All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered.
