The space This stylish apartment stretches across two floors and is situated in the heart of Melbourne. The lounge features a plush sofa for ultimate comfort while you watch your favourite shows and movies on the flat-screen TV, while a cosy dining table offers space to host a meal for two. Homemade meals are made easy with a stovetop, dishwasher, oven and fridge as well as basic pantry supplies and kitchen appliances. Make your way out of the sliding glass doors to the expansive balcony complete with outdoor seating surrounded by skyscrapers. Head upstairs for a night’s rest on the queen-size bed, topped with hotel-quality linen, as well as a laptop-friendly desk and wardrobe space for added convenience. Walk down the hall to the spacious bathroom which features a shower, clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your stay. You’ll also find a dual washing and dryer machine and ironing essentials. Other amenities include air conditioning (living area only), heating and Wi-Fi (Temporarily unavailable). Please note that the lifts are being updated until April 2025. This will not interrupt guests' use, but there may be occasional loud noises within the building during this time. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules.
