Villa welcomes you in a modern and elegant decor. This single-storey house is perfect for two people, with an air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a Queen-Size bed (160) and a dressing room. The bright living room has a convertible sofa, as well as a TV with Netflix subscription. The shower room includes an Italian shower and toilet. The kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven and hob, opens onto the outside.
