Inside a gated community within a few steps from the magnificent Sea of Cortez, a short elevator ride will lead into a glorious place you can call home. On the fifth floor of a white tower, the honey colored marble in the floors provides a warm welcome, inviting you inside and into the ample space. As you enter and to the right, a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen spring into view, with a small breakfast bar set with two high seats; perfect for enjoying time together with family or friends. A few steps away, a diner set for four has been laid down; its thick wooden legs supporting the glossy surface of the table top. On the wall, simple and elegant paintings provide a deeper sense of space and ambiance. Opposite side is an area perfect for a work desk, in case it’s needed. A fully equipped laundry center has been installed as well, discreetly placed behind de open front door. In the living room, wonderful woods make the coffee table and entertainment center, where a large TV equipped with Apple TV system waits for your enjoyment. A carefully crafted chess set is also there, on its island table ready to be played. And overlooking it all, an L shaped couch waiting to welcome you home. In the master bedroom, a large King size bed takes the center, with an equally large headrest in dark colors against the white wall. Beautiful decorations match the soft light that comes in through the light curtains and make a sharp contrast against the chocolate color of the woods in the entertainment center and the French doors mounted inside the room. Opening them reveals a bathtub set in a hidden corner of the master bath, perfect for relaxation. Double sinks and a large shower, along with a walk-in closet make this area peaceful and ample, with little to else to need or want. Outside, on the balcony, it’s like a different world waits. Wicker chairs make for a lounge, outdoor diner, and living room, all of them gazing into the horizon at the end of the Sea, as if expecting to blend into the line where the sky meets the water. The master bedroom, the guest bedroom, and the living room all have access to this wonder; in all of them a large sliding door leads the path.   Inside the guest bedroom, two Queen sized beds share the space, with headrests of dark wood and soft colored fabric. Facing them, a twin couch offers another space for relaxation under the sun that enters through the curtains. In the guest bath, twin sinks beneath a massive mirror lead the way towards a large shower covered in marble tiles, with a glass shield from the waist up.
